SABI is dedicated to fostering research in diverse subspecialties within body CT and MR through its research program. The Society's research program consists of The Scientific Research Abstracts which provide financial awards to winners.  Accepted abstracts are presented at the annual meeting to a national audience.  Presentations are eligible for awards recognizing excellence.

1. When first entering the Abstract Site, click on " Don't have an Account?" to build your profile

2. The abstract site, is not part of SCBT-MR.org. Do not use the login option on this website when trying to log on to the abstract site

3. The submitter does not have to be the presenting author. Though an abstract can not be complete without a assigning and creating a presenting author profile. 
Note: If your abstract is chosen, the presenting author and title of your case can not be changed once you confirm acceptance of your presentation

4The contact information provided on the submission site  for the presenting author  will be the primary contact person.

5. In the Abstract submission site, 100 words will be available to describe the purpose, methods used, results and discussion of the abstract.

RSNA Agreement

SABI recognizes there may be concerns about the eligibility to submit a scientific abstract to both the SABI and to the RSNA for inclusion in both programs. RSNA has confirmed that presenting at the SABI Annual Course Members Only Scientific Session (a closed meeting) does not preclude individuals from submitting the same abstract for consideration for presentation at RSNA. You must disclose this information when you submit your abstract to RSNA, but it will not influence the RSNA selection process.

PLEASE NOTE: The first author/presenting author of accepted abstracts, MUST be a SABI Member.

Free membership for In-Training Members. In-Training Members are students, residents, fellows, graduate candidates, and other para-professionals enrolled in a recognized training program.

Those who complete a Membership Application at time of abstract submission will be considered members, and therefore eligible to submit abstracts.
