Dear SABI 2021 Meeting Registrant

To maximize safety for all in attendance, the Society for Advanced Body Imaging (SABI) requires that everyone at the meeting be vaccinated and have a negative COVID test in the days leading up to the meeting. As per current CDC recommendations, masks will also be required for all indoor activities.

Please provide a copy of your completed vaccination record by uploading a scan of the document.  You will not be permitted entrance to the meeting if this document is not submitted.

A negative test within 72 hours of arriving at the course is required. A negative antigen test or RT-PCR test is required. Acceptable antigen test includes ones performed at commercial sites (CVS, Walgreens, any lab) or the eMed BinaxNow COVID-19 Ag Card but not the OTC BinaxNow test.

Please upload your vaccine card here. You may upload your negative test to the same link or bring proof to the meeting.

Thank you for your continued support of SABI and your commitment to the health and safety of those attending the meeting.

With respect and best wishes,

SABI Board of Directors

Washington DC Travel Update

SABI is recognized as a critical and inclusive social gathering of body imaging leaders. Department Chairs, academic and private practice radiologists, physicists, and technologists convene along with industry partners at SABI to solve challenges, highlight advancements and cultivate new innovation and future leadership, collaborate on policy, and network with colleagues and peers. SABI proudly invites industry leaders to submit their research and share the same stage with young professionals to engage in discussions that may shape the future of imaging space.

Even in this age of technology, nothing compares with face-to-face interactions with people you would never have had the opportunity to meet otherwise.  You never know what new partnership could arise in a place you’d least expect, and if you aren’t there to seize it, your colleagues will instead.  At SABI, you’ll make invaluable connections and mentors, meet new friends, catch up with old colleagues, and collaborate on new research and practices guidelines that were too important for an email. We’re facilitating connections between all segments of the imaging industry and beyond:

Attend SABI 2021 and look forward to the hallway interactions, receptions, and other social encounters.
